If the transmitter isn't sending out signals, then it needs to be sent to the service center. If the receiver isn't working, please make sure the transmitter is sending in the correct mode (depending upon the transmitter), or is actually compatible with your receiver. If all is correct and you're still not getting things to work, you many want to send it all to the service center.

The title of your post says, "....but no green light."
What transmitter and receiver models are you using?
What green light are you referring to? Are you talking about the LED on the backside of the transmitter, or the LED on the receiver end?
