Default Servo turning problem

I am building my first kit and I have three MX-30 pico servos. Two of the three work fine, but the third wants to spin to one direction when I turn on the power. It seems to turn almost to the complete stop in one direction. I can use my receiver to turn it the opposite way, but at the neutral position on my receiver it returns to the stop in the one direction. If I move the controller in the direction it turned when it powered up, then it can't move much because it is at the stop in that direction. I have a Hitec Flash 5 transmitter and if I give 100% trim in the opposite direction it will move almost to the true neutral position. I have unplugged the problem servo and tried it on other channels which work with the other servos, but it does the same thing.
Help?
