You would be better off buying a crystal for the Rx and not the Tx. Changing Tx crystals can sometimes affect the "tuning" of the radio. If you have a tower aka Futaba Rx then just get a Futaba crystal on th channel to match your Tx.

Yes they do. The only problem I have heard of, which doesn't effect you, is the hitec/Futaba Rx/Crystal conflict. Hitec and Futaba crystals use different multiplier factors, therefore their rx are calibrated differently. But tower and futaba are 100% compatible, in fact you could even say they are the same. I'm going to duck for the flak I could take on that one. Hope I could help.

That's all that really matters anyway right? Here are a couple of things to think about on your long drive. Donald duck always wrapped a towel around his waste when he got out of the shower but he never wore pants. Peppy le Pew was constanlt forcing himself upon a cat. And almost every animal based Disney kid's movie has someone getting wacked, Bambi, Fox and the Hound, Lion King, then there is Nemo when his entire family gets eatin' (it's like an animated St.Valentine's Day Massacre). Wonderful children's entertainment isn't it?!?!?! Enjoy your ride and happy flying.
