Need help with T6XAS radio setup!!
I have a Raptor 30 with a T6XAS radio. I accidentally(screwing around) erased the memory. It's my first computer radio and when I turn it on, up/down on the left stick moves the throttle, elevator, and rudder. I'm lost!!! If someone can help with this, it might get me started. Thanks

RE: Need help with T6XAS radio setup!!
Brining this baby back from the dead. Im using an old old 6xas, and can not get the dual rates to work. I looked in the manual, and attempted to set the radio up per specifications in the manaul. Am I missing something? I went in the menu to the D/R section, flipped the switches down and went about my business changing the ratios with the dual rate switches lowered (so with the switch up, had 100%, and with switch down 75% for both). After hitting both menu buttons, I noticed zero change in travel of control surfaces flipping the switches.
Can someone shed some light for me here?
Thanks,
Zach

Thanks, but I have looked through all of the documentation pretty throughly. The thing that baffles me is the fact that the channels I have my servo's plugged into and what the TX will let me change rates on are different, yet when I use my TX everything operates accordingly to the correct stick, so Im not sure. I was hoping someone with the radio had this problem and has the advice for an easy correct.

Something to check is whether the stick mode is set to what you want. Here's the info from page 6 of the manual.
Changing the T6XAs/Hs transmitter’s mode:
If you wish to change the mode of the transmitter, say from mode 1 to mode 2, turn on the transmitter holding the two MODE buttons down. You’ll see a display “STCK X,” where X is a number representing the current transmitter mode. Press the plus (+) or minus (–) DATA INPUT key to change the mode number as desired. You’ll see the effect of you changes when you next turn on your transmitter. In some cases, you’ll have to swap the throttle detent mechanism with the elevator centering mechanism. This can be done by Futaba.

I think it has turned out to be that it was in mode3, and I just made it to work like mode2, I think, I will have to try all of that after lunch just to make sure.
Thanks alot,
