Hitec RX crystal in a Futaba RX. Is that ok.

Hitec RX crystal in a Futaba RX. Is that ok.
Can I use a Hitec dual conversion RX crystal in a Futaba dual conversion RX. The Futaba RX was on 58 and I have a Hitec cryatal on 32 that I would like to use in the Futaba RX.

Actually the way I understand it, it is legal. When I got my last two receivers from Servo City they suggested the HiTec Crystals over the Futaba for the cost saving.

You can use the Hitec crystal, but the Futaba receivers are either low band, (11-35) or high band, (36-60). I wouldn't use the channel 32 crystal, (low band) on the high band receiver.
You would have to use your Hitec chnl 32 crystal in a Futaba low band receiver.
