Default Y connector wiring

Can anybody give me the wiring to make up a Y connectore (Futaba or HiTec) to connect two aileron servos into a single receiver channel.

Simple, all three positive leads connected, all three negative leads connected and all three signal leads connected.

Thanks. Does this mean that the two servos will operate to move the ailerons in opposite direstions with input from the transmitter (I have only set up ailerons operated with a single servo before)?

No, the servos will move in the same direction.
If you need them to move opposite, then put the arms facing outside or inside on both wings.
