Problem with Futaba 9ZAPWC transmiter

Default Problem with Futaba 9ZAPWC transmiter

Dear Friends,

I have a 9ZAPWC that I have a problem with the stick.When I move the stick to the right it stops on the position that I move and I move to the left the same thing happens, the stick don´t go back.What I could have to do to fix this problem??

I would send it in for service. If you do not know what you are doing and take it apart you could do more damage. They are very tightly packed under the cover.

I haven't seen the inside of a 9zapwc radio, but if the gimble is anything like a conquest, I had one do the same thing. There are a couple of little pins that push down on a metal bar that is hooked to a spring. When the stick is moved one of the pins pushes the bar to give the springy "feel" and returns the stick to center. I've had the pin come out a little bit and rub against the plastic housing. I was able to fix the problem but this a very simple radio compared to yours. I would agree with RTK that it may need a pro to fix it without tearing something else up trying to get to the gimble.

I agree with yours..Its better that I send the radio to a pro to fix this problem, this radio is very complex..
