Default radio problems

What I got is a radio problem that I cant figure out,

I have a 40% carden with 3W-150, Jr radio hitec digital servos, I'm running 1 JR 649 PCM, Two batteries , two switches, It locks out on PCM when flying. not on the ground. I cant find anything loose (vibrating) could it be the ignition?

What type of batteries are you using?

What happens during the failsafe event? Where are your failsafe pre-sets at?

Have you tried a engine on run up at RPM on the ground?

Default RE: radio problems

Where is the plane when it locks out? I had a problem a long time ago with a plane that would lock out only when it was 45 degrees in front of me on both sides. Turns out that is the area of maximum radiation from the tx and the servo extensions would act like antennas and cause it to lock up. (It helps when your brother is an rf engineer). He said to add a choke (ferrite beads) to each extension, and never had a problem again. You would think that it would happen on the ground when the tx is so close to the receiver, but that's not what happened in my case.
