Exponential setting
I've just purchased my first computer radio, and am fascinated with all the available features. I have been in this hobby for more years than most of you are old, but just haven't gotten the new radios. My question is, I have always wanted to try exponentail, and I understand how to set it on my radio (a Futaba 6 channel), but don't have a clue how much exponentail to start out with to try it safely. Will appreciate your input.

You are right on the money with your post.
NEVER, NEVER, start with more than 30% negative.
It can always be adjusted, but not with a broken airplane.
