airtronics vg6000
Ok does anybody have any feedback on the airtronics vg6000. I was looking at the futaba 6exa and have decided against it with the gimbal problems I've been reading about . I want a computer radio but don't want to morgage the house to get it.
Thanks

Well, I can't coment on the VG6000, but I do love my RD6000! From what I can see, the two are the same (case size, shape, sticks etc) apart from the programming, model memory and the RD's ability to select which shift it transmits.

I own this radio an absolutely love it! it easy to use and I like the interface better than the futaba radios with all those switches. And the price is right! I highly reccomend the VG6000

Thanks watch ur 6. Thats the kind of stuff I like to hear. Tom C. has a futaba 7 channel that he always seems to have trouble switching from model to model. Looks like a real pain to me. I like easy.

RE: airtronics vg6000
Just ordered VG6000. Have an Airtronics Radiant Computer Radio since 1996 which has worked well over the years without a glitch. The VG6000 has a few more features including expo on ailerons and elevator. Will comment once I get a chance to check it out. Would expect it to be as nice and reliable as my older Airtronics radios. I still use a Vanguard with seven channels which I purchased somewhere back around 1992.
