Hitec Eclipse and coupling flaps to ailerons?
I want to be able to have full length ailerons(coupling flaps to ailerons) on my existing 4 servo wing, a servo for each of the flaps and ailerons for general flying and also be able to use the flaps alone for landing. Can some one tell me if this is possible and what channels to connect the servos to Also is a "Y" harness used in this case for the ailerons? It is not " CROW" that I want.
Thanks
Rob

I'm not sure, but I think you want to "LINK" flaps to ailerons through transmitter programing, with switch on transmitter to turn the link off and on. Not all transmitters have link option.

RE: Hitec Eclipse and coupling flaps to ailerons?
With the Eclipse, you can link flaps to alierons and vice versa and with 4 servos, no y-harness is needed. This allows you to have full length flaps or full length ailerons. They are both mixes which you can activate and the switches allow you to turn them on or off. Check your manual under the F->A and A->F mixing in Glider mode.
1- right aileron
6- right flap
5- left aileron
7-left flap
