Default Futaba 9C: A User's Guide

Has anyone been able to order this book by AnnMarie Cross via www.traplethouse.com ? When I click on their "book" link, I get a communications error. Any other sources for this book?

Also, anyone know how this book compares to the Harry Higley book, "Radio Programming Futaba's 9CA? I have several of Higley's other books and have found them clear and easy to understand.

If you could just buy one of them, which would you choose and why?

Thanks!

Interesting. The link works on my home computer, but not at work. I guess I'm not supposed to be ordering R/C books from work![X(]

Any comments as the the differences between/preferences for the AM Cross book vs the Higley book?

From what Ive heard about both books, The Higgly book is geared to newbe computer radio users, Ann's book is a primmer on how to think like a 9C! I plan on ordering Anns book

Have you received the Ann Cross book on programming the 9C. What do you think? Was thinking about ordering one.

I ordered it exactly one month ago. Haven't received it yet. Tried contacting the company, but their e-mail address bounces back. As far as I can tell, they've naver charged my credit card, so no big deal. I may just go ahead and order Harry Higley's book instead.

Did you order the manual via the Internet or by calling the Traplet company in Monticello, IL?

I ordered it from their web site. But I did notice a phone number and e-mail address for the IL office. I'll try giving them a call today! Thanks!!

I also ordered that book more than a month ago. I called their UK office this morning and they told me they had no record of my order -- ordered it over the phone.

I happened to be in my local hobby shop today picking up some things, and behold, there were 2 copies of the book in their book rack! I purchased one, of course. Then sent an e-mail to AnnMarie, Traplet USA, and Traplet UK to cancel the original order. Even got a cancellation confirmation direct from AnnMarie! I'm looking forward to learning more about my 9C now!
