Default Hitec Optic 6

Hi,

Could anyone please help me with how to program my Hitec Optic 6 to use the ailerons as speedbrakes for landings.
I would like the ailerons to travel up and the elevator to travel down.

Any reply would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Use channels 1 & 6 for the aileron servos and then set up the landing mode to get the desired setting. You will actually need up elevator to compensaite for the up ailerons. This can be set however you want. Then all you have to do is hit the switch to activate it.

Mike, whether you need up or down elevator to compensate for the up ailerons varys from plane to plane. A few will require down elevator instead of up.
