Multiplex Profi 4000 to Futaba Trainer Cord
Isn't there a cord that will allow me to hook up my MPX4000 to a Futaba training box?
Also do I need to have my Profi modded to have the shift changed?
TIA

RE: Multiplex Profi 4000 to Futaba Trainer Cord
Hi,
I tested both ways with succes :
Futaba slave to Multiplex mc3030 master
MC3030 slave to Futaba master (not yet mentionend in my website).
Just be aware there is a servo neutral difference between Multiplex and Futaba (see details chapter 1, paragraph 1.5).
For schematics of the leads, check chapter 7 of my website. If the Multiplex is to be used as slave, then you'll need to fix a wire bridge between contact 3 and 5 of the Multiplex din-plug (see chapter 3).
In chapter 2, paragraph 2.3 there is a link to an opto-coupler used between Futaba and Multiplex.
Succes with it.
Olivier
