If I order an Eclipse without the Spectra module, would I be able to upgrade to the module later?

Also, anybody know if any new features besides PCM are going to be added to the new Eclipse due out soon (such as CROW function)?

I would say yes to your first question. You might even find one used on this board for less. I have one and use it all the time.

Yes to #1. The Spectra fits where the regular one frequency module fits. It's that simple.
