Default Glitch Problem??? HELP PLEASE!!!

I am flying a Great Planes Yak-54 with HITEC 5645 digitals on ailerons and Futaba 9001's on elevator halves. A single Futaba 3010 drives the rudder. Since I do not fly 3D I am not overstressing the elevator and rudder servos. I am using a new never flown JR 549 PCM receiver. I opted not to use channel mixing for the elevator servos and instead went with a Electro-Dynamic Systems reversing Y harness. I routed the antenna outside of the fuse. The power supply is a brand new 2500mah Ni-Mh 6 volt pack. The engine is a .46cc gas and the throttle cable is non-conductive ny-rod. I got three minor glitches during the maiden flight. 1 on elevator and two on aileron. During flight the plane was in level attitude. An experienced club member was doing the maiden and got her down safe and sound. (Whew!!!!) I was wondering if maybe the servo reverser could be the culprit or maybe by some chance the receiver has a fault in it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Loopman
