real simple!
When I built my Sig Something Extra the kit came with a couple of sheets of paper. You rolled them up and stuck them in the wing rib holes. Then you glued them to the wing ribs. Seemed to easy to me but it works!

Don's Hobby is selling what I think is the same thing as Cactus. Thin paper that doesn't weigh hardly anything, but strong enough to keep servo wires in check.
Here's a pic (its the black thing on the left):

Kept the three servo wires held firmly to the top of the fuse (on the left in this pic), so that the antenna wire (in a pushrod tube on the right) would never come close. The tube is held in place with a little CA on each end. Sure makes for a cleaner install.

Zippo,
Thanks for the comment! The picture was taken by sticking the camera down into the fuse and snapping away. About the only time I've found the little LCD screen on the back of the digital camera to be useful... is when you can't get your head in there to look through the viewfinder.

I used brown paper bag wrapped around a cardboard tube and taped. Tube can be from anything the proper diameter for your application. Slide the tube out, instant free lightweight wire tube.

It's large but not a huge plane (82" wingspan Gee Bee Y), and the camera is a standard sized digital camera (Olympus C700UZ). Yes, a flash was used. There are many other pics, including a zoomed-in shot of the tail's servos, at the website below.
On the tubes, I've done the make-it-yourself thing. Works fine and is very cheap, especially for short runs (like a foot). I didn't have as much luck with longer lengths though... kept unraveling. For the terminally lazy like me... the Cactus/Don's tubes are extremely light weight (6.2 grams for 36") and work very well. Of course, if you need bigger than 1/2" diameter or 36" long...

Wing Tubes
The very best and easiest way, is to use aquarium tubes. These are the plastic tubes used in tropical fish tanks, and can be purchased any place that tank supplies are sold. The inside diameter should be at least 1/2", but bring your connector anyway. They have many different sizes.

I buy shower rod covers. These are available at Lowes in the shower curtain/rod section. They are the plastic covers used to make your old rusty shower curtain rod look new again. They are light plastic and come in two or three colors, usually tan, black, or some other color. They are six feet in length and the diameter can be asjusted to whatever you like by twisting it, then CA in place. Cost 2.00.
