Default Telescopic Antenna of Futaba

Hi,I have a Futaba T7 Cap Tx that I began to feel a good resistance when I try to pull out of telescopic antenna.Im afraiding of to harm the root connection of antenna to Tx system. How and with what material can I "lube" that telescopic tubes to free them to slide into eachother.
Thanks

G'day Mate,
You need to clean your aerial. Not just lubricate it.
Pull the aerial all the way up, & use electrical contact cleaner, sprayed onto a CLEAN rag, & wipe it up & down, to remove the dirt & gunk.
DON"T use WD40 or any type of water dispersing spray, it will lubricate, but it will also attract more dirt, & you will be worse off than before.

Thanks ANZAC.Though I was thinking I am the reason of such condition by simply cleaning it by rag also removing the slippery layer but I will use that contact cleaner way.Thank you

G'day Turk,
There should be some resistance, it does have to make electrical contact to work properly, Just pull it up from the top, & push it down from the bottom.

Call product support and buy a new one. They are around $5.00 for a new antenna. Using a stiff antenna will end up breaking the antenna mount on the front case and that would cost you $50 or more.
