Default 6XHS Aileron mixing ch 1 & 5

Hi!

How can I configure my 6XHS to use channels 1 & 5 for ailerons instead of channels 1 & 6 ?

This radio is almost the same as the airplane version, so tips on the 6XA will help too

Mix 1 - 5 and set at 100%.

Mix 5 -5 and set at -100%.

You won't have the ability to trim the second aileron servo.

That takes all the fun out of doing it in the first place. I wrote to Ann Marie with the same exact question and she said that the low end computer radios didn't have a "link" feature that would allow a full functioning 1 to 5 aileron mix. She didn't really recommend it....

Are you wanting to use a 5 channel receiver? It's much easier to use a Y cord or perhaps to use the new HT Micron 6 channel receiver if it's a very small model.
