servo hookup question

Default servo hookup question

I have a super sterman and I am putting 4 servo on the ailerons can I run all 4 servos off 1 channel or do I need to run 2 on 1 channel and 2 on another channel someone at my club said if you run all 4 on 1 channel the receiver would get to hot. THANKS FOR ANY HELP ON THIS.

If you are overloading the receiver, spreading the load over more channesls won't help - and 4 servos shouldn't be an overload. You might want to use HD extensions, though.

One reason you MIGHT want to use 2 channels is if you wanted to have differential in the ailerons. Also, if these are digital servos be sure to allow for more battery power.
