Default Polk's Hobby Tracker III / is it any good

Has any one used the Polk’s Hobby Tracker III radio system? Is it any good the price for a radio that does so much seems unrealistically low. Does it have proper range, and in general what do you think about it? I’m thinking of ordering one of them.

Thanks for any help with this one.

I pre-ordered mine before they were out. I really liked the concept, price and 8 channels. After loosing planes to uncontrolled glitches, I sent the radio in for repairs. I only flew the radio once after getting it back as I have lost complete confidence in it. I've since gone 2.4.

Mine has no problems since the early gimbal wire problem. I have sent in the radio to get the upgrades done and the service is good. It is my main radio and I fly all my planes with it. The recievers are excellent and no problems with them; i have two seeker 6's and an 8 ch.
