Definitely!
I assume that you mean using two separate channels rather than a Y lead. Use elevator + Aux2 and use mix 5 or 6 as these allow correct working of the elevator trim.
Assuming that you are not running separate flaps you can use flaperon mix for the ailerons with the extra one plugged into Aux 1.
Tried all the above, works fine
