Default Help need with get full stering/gas with Spektrum 3.0

Hi
Need help with my Spektrum 3.0 and Multiplex Rhino Digi 4 servo.
I use this for steering but i can´t get full steering !
I have reset the radio but still no full steering, have set the EPA at full 125%

The servo moving not full ! and the servo saver is ok
And the "fun" is now that when i mounted the gas/brake servo Futaba s9351 it´s the same problem that it not moving so much
Im beeing crazy about it ! and i have read the manual for spektrum but still not found any solution
Enebody know what to do ??

I tryed to post this question in JR/Spektrum forum but it says that i not allowed!?

Check to see if your dual rate steering is what is limiting your travel. Just bump it up to 100%
Same for your throttle/brake.
