Default R156F

I got the r156f from my lhs. Ordered a short crystal ch.14 for it (FUTL62) My radio is t6exap. When I plug the batt in, the servos jump and when I cycle the tx power they will jump. That’s all it does. It dosnt work at all. Plugged my other receivers up and they work fine. I don’t know if my tx is dual concver. does that matter? All tower said was to use a short crystal so that’s what I ordered.

I think being on channel 14 is the problem...

From http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXJSP9&P=0

It is NOT suggested to go below channel 16 with these receivers as you may experience interference.

sounds like what a PPM rx does when the TX is in PCM mode.
