Bugs,
If you fly a:

Full house glider
with 4 wing servos
with butterfly/crow programming
with v-tail

AND are using all available free mixes on the radio, then this issue will affect you as a 9C purchaser. If you purchase a 9C and ARE CURRENTLY USING this combination of features, please contact me directly regarding servicing your radio. At this time we have a limited # of replacement chips, so if you do not use this combination of features, please DO NOT send your radio in for upgrade using up the chips we have for those who will actually need it.

Sincerely,

Default question

I don't fly the above stlye plane but I was thinking about purchasing this radio. Do you know if iall effected radios will be honored in the future? Who's paying the shipping?
Do the newer radios coming off the line have the newer chip?
If I buy this radio and it has the older chip and one day I dicide to sell it to someone who flys:
Full house glider
with 4 wing servos
with butterfly/crow programming
with v-tail
will I be at a disadvantage..?

who's paying the shipping on this?

Just want to know what I'm getting into before hand..

I don't think anyone wants a radio that can't do what it was designed to do regardless of what they fly.

Hi again! I understand your questions completely.

If you return the radio to your place of purchae they will send it in at our expense. Or we can send you a US mail call tag for the shipping cost for the radio to come in bound.

We will honor all radios at all times for this concern, and WHEN your radio is sent in for its regular check up (you DO send your radios for regular checkups, right?? the upgrade will be done automatically and at no charge to the radio's owner.

Sincerely,
