How can i set dual rate for the rudder on the RDS8000 ?

Unfortunately the neither the RD 8000 or the RDS8000 have dual rates or expo on the rudder.

set up the plane in the heli mode. You may lose some other functions though such as flaperons...

I can't tell you the exact steps, but it is described in the other long thread. You stay in the airplane mode and I believe do a mix of rudder into rudder.

Page 5 post #109 under the topic *Airtronics RD8000 2.4 GHz*. This is where the talk about dual rates on the rudder starts.

Dual Rate on RD8000 is no problem .
You should mix ruuder > rudder on 50% on one of the c-mix swithes.
Just set the value you want for the low rates .
Works great .

No expo on plane mode .
