Default 9c switch switching question

SAY THAT THREE TIMES.....
here is question:
a friend just purchased a 9c and is setting it up with a new 33% extra. when he was showing me the new toys today I noticed that he has the two tripple switches on the right side of the radio. so when he wants to switch from low to medium or high rates he he has to use a finger on his right hand to get to the switch. All good and dandy if that's what you want BUT... what if you want a ripple switch on the left side of the radio. is there a way to move a physical switch from the rigt to the left side of the case???
I know that with the programing you can make any switch do any function.. that is not what i'm asking here.
Thanks
Paul

Default 9c switch switching question

Paul,
Yes, WE can change a switch for you. It requires significant changes to do so AND would void his warranty if he tries to do it himself, but he can send it in for us to do the change.

Cost: $15/half hour labor (i would anticipate at least 1/2 hour; not having done one on a 9C yet i can't say exactly).

Sincerely,

Default just to clarify

so is the tripple position switch moved over to the oposit side and the original duel position switch is moved over to where the tripple position switch was? Or is another tripple position added to the radio and if so will all three tripple position switches function fully?
Thanks you ....

Default 9c switch switching question

The 2 and 3 position switches would be reversed. We can not install an additional 3 position switch.
