Hey RCU,
I'm trying to spread the word about a new resource I've built for RC enthusiasts called [link=http://www.servodatabase.com/]Servo Database[/link].
The goal of this project is to have detailed, organized information for every RC servo in existence. (Currently the database has 1,792 servos.) I've always had to spend a lot of time research servos when I build a new project, and I think the Servo Database will make this process much easier.
I've tried to make it easy to quickly view and compare different servos. Some other features of the database include:
[ul][*]Advanced search feature to find servos based on any criteria. For example, you could do a search to find all Futaba servos that are digital and have at least 250 oz/in of torque.[*]Ability to sort servos according to any attribute (e.g. fastest to slowest)[*]Servo reviews allow you to discuss and rate each servo.
[/ul]
Let me know what you think!

Good job
What I like
1. completness of the list
2. Roll over highlight of a servo
3. Click the servo for details
Really like: the advanced search.
Would like to see a bit different
1. The yellow/white seperation back ground colors tend to not seperate so well
2. The light grey information is difficult to read, either unhighlighted or highlighted. Contrast is everything.
Finally, I checked another established servo list and found miss information on a servo I have. Your list is correct.
Great job.

Fantastic job! The comparison feature is really helpful- super feature.
Maybe a date (current as of..) might be also helpful? No objection to the greyed data.

The ServoDatabase.com is really a superb endeavor, and I think you deserve a medal for what you've done for us. The light yellow shading in the tables is effective, although I prefer light green (like the paper in the days of IBM printouts).
The grey shading of the metric specifications is a brilliant accomplishment. Thanks again for the great tool, keep up the good work.

Excellent Resource!! I have bookmarked it already.
For the record, I have no problems with the contrast, though I can see that some people may. Nice job!

madman 75,
Thanks for the suggestion. I just added it here: [link=http://www.servodatabase.com/servo/hitec/hs-101]Hitec HS-101[/link].

May want to add one more sort parameter such as "reverse" operation. ie http://www.jrradios.com/Products/Def...odID=JRPS4721R The 4721 is offered in either version.
