Default Can't Bind AIRTRONICS 6CH 2.4 PARK FLYER RX

I jus t received the new RX60 6 channel Park Flyer Receiver. No matter what I do can't get it to bind to my radio which is the RDS8000 2.4. I also bought RX-600 6 channel receiver and will not bind either. My radio does bind with the receiver (92824) that came with the radio.
Here are the steps I took;
1 - hooked up the receiver battery to these receivers. The Blus LED light flashes at first and that is it.
2 - Held the bind button on radio for ten seconds - still nothing.

Any other suggustions? Am I doing something wrong?

I can't call Airtronics till Friday the 12th of March.

Thanks for any input.

You're holding in the bind button on the Rx, right? Check the manual.

"2. Turn the transmitter ON. The Bind LED on the transmitter willilluminate
solid blue.

3. While holding down the Bind Button on the receiver, turn the receiverON. The Bind LED on the receiver will blink slowly. After ~2 seconds release the Bind Button. The Bind LED on the receiver will continue to blink slowly.

4. Quickly press the Bind Button on the transmitter. The Bind LED on the receiver will blink rapidly for ~3 seconds, go out momentarilary, then illuminate solid blue, indicating the binding process is complete."

This procedure has always worked for me. Good flying, Jim

The receiver does not blink at all. The only time it blinks is when first gets power.

I thought I read in another thread the power, signal, and ground connects up differently on the RX60 than it does on the 92824. On the 92824, the ground wire is toward the face of the receiver and the signal is toward the back/bottom of the receiver. On the RX60 receiver, the signal wire plugs in toward the face of the receiver while the ground goes toward the back/bottom.

If you don't have your battery and servo connections plugged in 180 degrees wrong, then you have a bad receiver. Good luck!

The one blink is what has me confused. If the plug is reversed, it doesn't blink at all.
