Are there any offroad tracks 30 to 40 minutes away from Scranton? I remember hearing about something near Lake Scranton. Perhaps someone knows about it.

Here of some pics of the track during construction last year. Track is now complete the drivers stand is now longer and will be covered and raised a little higher. I will post more pictures as soon as I get some taken with a break in the weather.
