Kyosho GT2 Race Spec high speed gear set

Kyosho GT2 Race Spec high speed gear set
Hello,
I just got a Kyosho GT2 Race Spec (Audi). It comes with 46T and 43T 1st/2nd spur gears and I got these gears (46T and 40T) and the 21T 2nd gear pinion gear, but upon tearing down the transmission, these parts obviously do not fit the RS transmission.
Looking at other eBay stores I saw one store mentions that this gear set is NOT for the 'Race Spec' version entirely... what did I miss?
- Is there not a high speed gear set for the RS version?
- Can I swap in a regular GT2 transmission and use these aforementioned 'high speed gears'?
