Now thats an idea[sm=50_50.gif], get the HPI T/A body or the Camaro SS body and make the scoop functional by mounting the filters just aft of the scoop[sm=shades_smile.gif]!

It looks nice, however, in my opinion, it will not do any significant performance improvement (no arguments here). The intake pipes looks restrictive, thus, you might be loosing some power. I have not tried any type of intake mods such as this for my HPI Nitro RS4SS with O.S. .15 CVR, instead, I used a larger 2 stage air filter and a CVEC Pipe. Power was much better compared to the stock HPI .12 SS engine.

There's no harm in remote mounting your air filter but to me the system looks restrictive because of the small bore tubing.....the twin part is probably fine but the single section will restrict.

lol, i wasnt calling the guy stupid, i meant going back to 2003 is stupid, lol. The situation, not the person, lol. sorry for the confusion guys. There must be a lot of pages with an RS4 3 search though, because like half the threads on the first page is about the RS4, lol.
