Default Engine problem!?!

everything was fine this morning, start smoothly, excellent idle, the car was fine. Now,the idle is to high, the wheels spins.Everything goes wrong like 2 weeks ago and brought to my LHS.It cost me 20$ to fix it.I want fix it by myself, but i dont know where to start.Did i have to adjust the engine with the radio and the car ON or OFF.I got a Super Nitro Rally with .15FE.I got 2 needles. One for the lean and rich and an other one for the idle.I turn every screws and i dont know where i'm going with that. How do i have to start.3 turns for the lean and rich needle but the idle i dont have any idea. The only thing i do today is changing batteries on the car and radio so i had to dissembled a part of the car.But i dont seems to change any setting,i be very carefull.

The guy from my LHS come back just monday and i want it now!If no one help i'm gonna have to wait all the week-end.I'm very newbie in this hobby.I'm afraid to burn the engine cause he run so high when i start it,its crazy.

when you turn the idle screw are you supposed to see carburator close and opening more or not.If you turn to the left you gonna see the carburator close or it doen't move.

1 problem solve:the entry of air in the carb.I reduce the lenght of the arm by turning it.Now its stall when i put the break. The idle is ruff too.
