well I'm from belgium, so can't really help you. Only give you a advice;
If you are intrested in making new RC-buddies, then your place is in your local hobby shop. talk to them, maybe they know somebody, or you can leave a flyer..
other drivers are always looking for new people to drive with.
if you take a day to drive around in your neighbourhood, u are definatly going to find big parking lots of stores, check the quality of it. (good underground, nice and smooth (some parkings lots are 'wavy' for the rain to go away faster)) then just check the closing day of the store... it will be just about empty on that day...
also huge parking lots... they are mostly filled on weekdays, but on sundays they can be half empty..
I'm sure it should be a problem in NY !
you can ask about this in your local hobby shop aswell..
good luck
L
PS: u can thank me by getting me a THS pipe from Tony's Hobby Shop, its in New York aswell
lol

I take my car out behind our supermarket, where the semis come to load and unload. No one comes and bothers me and I can drive their for hours on end.
Semis usually deleiver in the morning their and im never ready to run before 12 or 1 anyways.
Acutally ive attracted many people to what iw as doing back their [>:]
Edit: and about cops:
They actually like me back behind their... im less of a distraction and i stay out of peoples way

New York Boys...
Where in Queens?
I have found that Parking garages can be fun... Also have you tried the local school parking lot? What about the track? They all can be fun.

wow, that would be great.
The problem is always the import customs. I have to pay import customs on everything I order from the US. But I don't have to pay it when somebody sends me a gift. You get stickers for what is in the package, and u have to mark gift, and then just put on it ' rc pipe ' or something.
Now the bigger problem with this is paying. How would I pay you?
I think wiring the money to your account will be the easiest way.
but I'll have to check if that isn't too expensive else I might aswell pay the import customs.
I'm going to try and order from Tony's hobby shop straight.
If not I'll try to contact you, so maybe we can come to an agreement.
Thanks very much for the offer!
