Default Hot Bodies Jump Start Question?

I just installed a hot bodies jump start system on my RS4. When I tighten up the bolts on the starter backplate the gears got so tight that I could not even turn the motor over with the starter. The only way that I could get it to work was to loosen up the bolts on the backplate. I was wondering if any one else has run into this trouble, or what I might be able to do to correct this. I also had my pull start spring explode when I removed the one way bearing from the assembly and they are a booger to re-wind. Any help would be great.
Thanks

With regards to the tuned pipe get the CVEC pipe to fit with the header or the complete set header and pipe from THS racing, both are available from Towerhobbies.

Cheers
