Default I'm really Pi$$ed of - anyone know where I can get...

[sm=angry.gif] A couple of days ago my rotosart stipped 4 gears inside. I sent it back, they wussed out sayin "Its been dropped". No replacement. Do you know where I can get a cheap rotostart, or a pullstart backplate for my T-15 engine (the stock one on the HPI RS4 RTR3 Evo)? Thanks. I would like to get it as soon as possible.

Naw, because it was purchased less than 4 months ago I sent it back to the supplier: Models In Motion, they are now sending it to the UK importers, whoever they are. I'm not sure whether that means HPI Europe or some random factory warehouse in london...

Yeah, It might come down to that...

Or I could get a pull start. What does a "one way bearing do"? I could get a pull start real cheap but it doesn't some with a one way bearing. Does the backplate for my rotostart have one in? If so, does anybody know if it'll ift? Thanks.

You can get those gears from HOBBY TOWN USA, if there is one in your location but, the price on those gears are the same as a new roto start, when mine broke and check the price, I decided to purchase a new one instead of getting the parts and that was included the back plate too.

Yeah, its £30 for a new rotostart or £22.99 for new gears and £8.99 for the plastic cover, so it would actually cost me MORE to buy replacements then to just replace the whole thing!
