I was running my used (new to me) gp2 and all of a sudden its screaming down the road...
I was able to grab it and shut it down but the negine wants to scream with the idle almost closed.
I haven't torn it apart yetbut I'm guessing it has a clog in the fuel line causing it to be super lean at idle. Does that sound right?
Edit- Any idea whats involved with a clutch replacement? Mine is grabbing too early, I think the shoes are melted and dragging a little. Or maybe the spring.

Wow, not a lot of ideas on this side...[8D]
I found the problem just in case someone else runs into it.
One of the screws that holds the carb onto the engine vibrated out giving direct air flow and causing the "scream" at idle.
PS; The clutch spring is shot so i guess i'm heading to the LHS for another.
