Default Weird puff of smoke

Well i was runing my car, when i turned into a straight away and started to accelerate when half way through 1st gear a puff of smoke came out of my exhaust[:@] bigger than the steady flow and i heard a noise. The engine shut off and when i went to take a look at what had happend i saw nothing wrong the only thing was the glow plug was unscrewed. I screwed it back on and the car kept runing perfectly so....What do you guys think happend[sm=confused.gif]?nothing seems to be wrong with it im just curious as to why that happend.

im thinkin the sound was the sound of the combustion without a barrier from the outside world and im thinkin it came unscrewed because is was moderatly loose in the first place, just more so from vibrations...maybe

do you twist your glow igniter on and off? because when you took it off, you might have unscrewed it a little to start it. only reason im sayin that is because ive done it lol.
