upgrades
Hi i'm looking to upgrade my kyosho pureten alpha but don't know what to upgrade on it, i'm thinking of getting a new engine to replace the stock gx-12.
I have recently lifted the engine to take of a muffler exhaust and replace it with a tuned manifold and exhaust also where can i get aluminum hub hex's
Here's a couple of pics

RE: upgrades
KEEP IN MIND WHAT I'M GONNA SAY:
1)Buy GSXR 15 engine (by kyosho) and change the gearing to a lower ratio. Or buy two speed conversion. The exaust you bought can be atatched on the GSXR 15.
2)Buy OIL FILLED shocks. The shocks his car has are NOT oil filled shocks. It is only a spring for God's shake!!!!
3)Buy kyosho 4semi slick (tyres+rims preglued ready to run) for about 20euros the handle better than medium/hard slick tyres when running on a parking lot.
4)Buy front sponge bumper for crush protecton.
5)lower your ride to 6mm front and 5.5mm rear.
6)Fill the differentials with oil as thefollowing instructions: 40.000silicon oil at front diff or block it if possible and 10.000 or 20.000silicone oil rear diff. stifness.
7)Buy a semi racing air filter for your new engine and dont put on your existing one.
8)Buy a fuel tank without pump on it. It reduces fuel pressure.
If that seems a bit expensive...sell your car and buy kyosho FW-05 rtr kit or HPI RS4 evo RTR.
