I broke my pullstart on my Kyosho Fazer again. The second one in two months so far.Maybe I'm doing it wrong. What is the better way of pulling it.Short fast pulls.I think I pull it to much at once and does not give the string time to rewind again.

The most common cause of broken pulstarts is over priming (ie flooding, and causign hydro lock in the engine). When you prime, don't do like they say and prime til you see the fuel go into the carb, just get it really close and let the natural suction pull it the final few mm, this way you will flood the engine less. It may take a few more pulls, but that's no biggie...

Pulling it too far is a common way of breaking a pullstart. Usually it slowly wears out the spring till it bonks out and doesnt wind back at all
