The gear sizing is correct, but you have to use a different one way bearing on the second gear, as it is different between TGX and TGR. The gears are also slightly narrower. I have played with lots of gear changes between these cars, and I actually use a TGR gear on my TGX with a TG10r 22/26 tooth pinion. I had to re-drill the engine mounts to make it fit, but the car does over 70 now.
