Default Transmission problem

hi there, i have a nitro rs4 with a two speed transmission installed. it runs perfectly well, however i keep having to readjust the shift point because the screw keeps coming loose. why is this happening? i dont suppose it would be a good idea to use threadlock to fix this issue. there has to be another way to fix it. thanks!

P.S. the transmission makes a clunking noise when ever it shifts. a friend who also has an RS4 said that this is because the transmission is new and that as it wears, it will make that noise less and less. i think this loud clunk might also be the cause of the screw coming loose. not sure though.

i took it apart and looked at it. everything seems fine. both the bolt and the body threads are fine. and the clunking noise comes from the little hook that switches to 2nd gear. im going to readjust the transmission and if it still changes im just going to thread lock it. thanks guys!
