well, yokomo's nitro cars are all for drifting, not for racing, but if that fits you, the ur good to go. Im not so sure about the quality of parts, so i have a question, why did u get a yokomo in the first place?

Im assuming its the gt-4 version since its the only nitro with belts yokomo makes. If it is it a nice ride.Go for it. If its and old version pass on it no matter how cheap it is. Simple way to verify if its a gt-4 is to go to google.com,click images and type yokomo gt-4,if it looks like that go for it.

I have an older yokomo gt-4 with a .18 engine it is rtr and belt driven. Extremely fast, and very well built, I am highly impressed with mine, it was well worth the money!!

I have to say I started with a belt driven hpi rs4 sedan and it was very user friendly and quite trouble free, I put a 2spd in it and it was pretty fast, nothing compared to the yokomo, but HPI products are very good and reasonable.
If any of you are looking for some really fast 1/10 touring sedans, I have 2 new ones up for sale, A shumacher Fusion with a 3spd, .21 thunder tiger engine and a high tec fm radio it has high torque sero, and a clear bmw body, never been run. Good 70mph according rc car action. The other one I an selling is a rtr Cen ct 4 subaru, also good for 70mph plus, again this is according to rc car action, both are new.
