Can someone tell me the inner, outer diameter of the HPI Super Ten and Super Nitro cars tyres, as well as width?
I am assuming I could just use these on my Tamiya TGX?

I had the HPI Super nitro's slick tyres on an older car of mine but I also have the HPI rims and I don't know if they will fit the TGX...so I'll give you the wheel's outer diameter and the rim's inner diameter to see if they fit your car:


EDIT: I can't tell the tyre's inner diameter cause it's glued...see if the HPI hexs fit and get tyres+rims.

Of what I hear (and have seen photos on the net) the super nitro/ten do fit
And the dimensions seem right too (maybe 1mm off on width or something)
But still on ebay I can't find much for these either as far as tyres/rims go

my TGX dimensions are:
34mm tyre/wheel width
57mm wheel diameter
74mm tyre diameter

They are almost the same...I think they'd fit perfectly...but why finding those tyres is so hard?

I don't know...
The only thing I can find as far as tyres go on ebay for a TGX are slicks, which as you know I don't want unless I require high grip, and I can't find any tyres for the Super Nitro, but there are more wheel options
It's a pain...

I know a company that makes rims and tyres exactly at the same size of the super nitro ones...AVIORACING! I did a search but they've also discontinued the super size 1:10 and the tyres for it...

I'll have a look for them on the net,
But it is getting way too difficult to get tyres for this car. And it's fairly new (engine probably on has a handfull of litres through it) and would really hate to need to buy another one and put this one away just because I can't find tyres for it

I'll keep searching but tyre choice is limited, however I know there are other brand tyres out there where if they don't fit TGX rims, then that brand rim can fit the TGX
I'll just have to stock up when I find something.
And don't wanna go 1/10th, they are too small

Yes they are small...try 1:10 rims with big rally tyres if nothing else works...see you around!
