Your exhaust will work fine like that if it doesn't rub on any moving parts like shocks and stuff. The oil will not drain back into the engine during normal driving, these things blow lots of high speed air
. But when done running or during shut down periods, tip car to drain oil out back and your golden.

Ok...maybe I was looking at another car...I'll have to check HPI's website again. I would like to get a rear exhaust also in the future.

OK I found it...It's on the Drift RS4

The only thing though is that the engine has been moved forward so that's why the Drift version is able to have that rear exhaust.
