Looks wicked except I would go with some wider tires for traction.

I disagree..... skinny tires for landspeed record attemps with tall gearing, but wide tires for road racing and drag racing where you need grip to get maxiumn acceleration in a short distance.

I KNOW but with the gearing in ziggys car trust me that car is no where near a ACCELERATION DRAG RACE TYPE CAR where wider wheels r needed, i know that sucker is a land speed record car, thats why i suggested skinnier wheels, down here we run them only 20MM wide

From the picture I don't see any tall gearing... Aren't the spurs huge compared to the pinions???

That is a nice looking ride there.

Ziggy, can you elaborate on that ported Picco P3 engine? I have one right now as well and will test it in my new CD3 once I get the dogbones back. I plan to be running within a few weeks.

.........................Changing the spur and pinion gears is not the only way you can change your final gear ratio. I have a V1RRR the pulleys Ziggy has on his rear layshaft are not stock neither is the pulley on his rear axle they look like they are the same size my pulleys are not the same size on my V1RRR I suspect this is how he made his final gear ratio taller so he can get more top-end speed.
