And here is 2 pics showing it after I hit it with a dremel tool and cut 2 notches in the recoil cover. One for the diff, and another for the radio tray bracket on top. Seems to fit ok now, just barely.

Finally got around to changing out the last philips screws off my car. They were the ones that came with the GPM turnbuckles. I was suprised to note that the threaded holes for the turnbuckles in the GPM suspension parts were not M3 metric screws like all the rest of the car. The turnbuckle screws are actually 4-40 size. Took us a little while to figure it out, but the guys at the fastener shop guessed they were not metric. Its amazing how expensive allen screws can be. I was looking for a set of M3-12mm button head screws to use for the lower motor mounts. The fastener shop can only get them in bags of 100, and the damn thing cost $81, yes eighty-one dollars. I lol'd and said nevermind. Added a picture showing the new turnbuckle screws.
Any of you know about the old Perry pumps and Perry carburetors? Did you know they came out with a setup for RC cars? Seems pretty neat.

Alright guys i just ordered my new aluminum front and rear suspension arms. Its coming from hong kong so hopefully it will look good. I ordered a silver color to match the gpm turnbuckles. I didnt know what else to upgrade so i decided to go with the suspension arms. I will post pics up when they are installed.

Hey dont get me wrong aluminum is cool. I just dont use it that often thats all. i dont want my car to be weighed down. thats just how i feel. But in come cases i agree to use it like on my t maxx i comverted to brushless. I had to make the diffs aluminum housing due to the amount of power Im putting thru the truck and im sure i might do the same thing to my rs4 and my mt2 when ever i get some money.

Possibly an air leak. Just like when you lean it out, you're cutting out fuel and adding more air your engine revs up too. The reason it revs up when it warms up because the engines shape changes once heated up, any small gap there was gets bigger with heat.
If you need help sealing it up let me know and I will help you out step by step and it will only cost you about $5.

Like car Tune said you have a air leak somewhere in the engine. It happens all the time. It's probably the cheapest fix to do. It doesn't take alot of time to do just the dry time afterwards that's all.

Go to an auto parts store and get a what I believe it's a gasket sealer, correct me if I'm wrong Jackedman, or was it silicone sealer. Well it's one if those but make sure it's for high temperature.

How's it going guys I just wanted to post a few pictures of my cars. They are all little winter works in progress as of right now. I do have all the parts to finish the builds but going to take my time. The one with the purple top is going to be setup with the stock 2 speed and a losi mach .26. The hardcore racing titanium one will be the top speed setup for sure with a modded jp .21 and the final one is a drag obviously. It has the front one way and I had a aftermarket 2 speed for it. There will be a potent little small block in it thats all done up.

Road warrior. What kind of car is the dragster? What rear tires are those? Using wheel hubs? Stock arms?

There are all racer 2s even the dragster. That one has stock arms and everything else is stock as well. I made those tires but in order to use them you need to find a body that's I little longer in the wheelbase and flip the arms around to get clearance for the gears. I am going to try to keep it is close to stock as possible. At least that's my goal. I have a cd3 that's real similar to that too. I am going to focus on getting that one done first to help support the mod business.

Yrs. I've seen a lot of people leaving the hobby. I've notice nasty 1/10 scale cars using .21 or larger has really died out
