Hi,
I'm looking to replace the motors in a pan/tilt system with motors that have an encoder (preferably an absolute one, but incremental is OK). These are the current ones: http://www.actechdrives.com/PDF/Lenze/Lenze-MPG-Planetary-Gearmotor.pdf
As replacement, I'm thinking of using this one: http://www.clrwtr.com/PDF/SEW-Eurodr...ervomotors.pdf
but I'm concerned if it will draw too much current? I'm concerned about burning the drive in the pan/tilt system.
If you know of a better suggestion, please let me know.
