how do u guys set ur slipper?
mine never worked, and on closer inspection ive noticed it was stuck from moisture.
so ATM ive set it so when it slips if a wheel is jamed, but the nut is only hangine 1/4 off the shaft

RE: SCX10 slipper
well ive set it very loos compared i guess. even with it that loose it still pulls wheelies from forward to reverse, the cool thing is u can here the slipper working and it only lifts the rear about 6 inches, where before it would flipover and try to dance
Ive had a little test today and having the slipper set low it still has plenty of torque, did not effect the climing ability at all.
Im starting to think it doesent need much torque to crawl?
its good tho, before if I was to drive it straight at a wall, that was to steep to even try. it would either:
spin the wheels, or bog down and bend the rear trailing arms.
now it bogs down and the slipper does its magic....
