Arrow Internal Spring Air Shocks?

Hey guys, anyone have some reviews or thoughts on the internal spring air shocks? Good or stick with the fluid external springs? Thanks.

Looking at outfitting my SCX10 (Rubicon) with some aluminum shocks & saw these all over for a good price. I want to stay around the same length as stock (61-90mm)... I'm assuming the 100mm will shrink down close enough, but that would be the max?

Thanks.

ive had then on a scx10 honcho. They look cool. bouncy when you drive fast. They compress more at rest than stock shocks....so ride hight will be a bit lower. But they are generally soft. Most are sold with 3 spring sets...all of various stiffness.
If compared to Stock shocks, Id say they are different but about the same overall performance. They wont really improve the trucks abilities...just change HOW it handles. That, and they do look like scale offroad shocks seen on some trucks. Not bad for the money, but if you really want Improved handling you will have to spend more $$$
